The Wood-Fired Pizza Experience

Our wood-fired pizza starts with a house sourdough starter that’s been nurtured for over a decade. The dough undergoes a slow, 24+ hour fermentation before being hand-rolled and stretched. Each pizza is topped with locally sourced, pasture-raised meats, farm-grown vegetables, and, of course, Vermont cheeses.

We fire our oven with local kiln-dried wood, stoking it two days in advance to ensure the stone reaches the optimal high temperature. The pizzas are cooked quickly at high heat, resulting in a perfectly bubbly, crispy, and chewy crust. Served buffet-style on our handmade wooden boards, it’s a rustic and flavorful experience your guests won’t forget.
